robot.txt file
A robot.txt file can be used to block specific pages or directories from Search Engine indexing.
For more on this topic we will refer you to Google's page on Block or remove pages using a robots.txt file.
This is a section to list techniques specific to ProductCart.
Hiding a Category
To hide a category you can use the robot.txt wildcards. This is helpful if Google is finding old categories or categories that do not exist for a number of reasons.
The following code will hide all categories with an ID of “0”.
disallow: /*&idcategory=0
