Dyanmic Continue Shopping mod for ProductCart

Increase sales by dynamically returning customers to where they were when they click the “continue shopping” button!

This is a “must have” mod for stores not using the “stay on page when adding to cart” feature.

With this mod installed, customers will be returned to exactly where they were when they click the “continue shopping” button on your store's view cart page – including what page of search results they were on, any “sort by” option they were using, etc.

What's more, various messages customers may encounter which include a link to continue shopping will also take them back to where they were before they encounted the message.

This mod supports both the standard and Apparel add-on builds as well as BTO versions of ProductCart version 4.0 through 4.5. Earlier versions have not yet been tested.

This modification will be overwritten by any version updates from Early Impact. However, we have made it very simple to re-customize in such an event. Web Merchant Services makes every effort to isolate the core code of its add-ons and mods from being overwritten by Early Impact updates. We try to keep the time to reinstall to ~ 10 minutes or less, making it really simple to do again if necessary.

Costs may be associated with updates to add-ons we've released on prior versions of ProductCart.

Frankly, the changes to the ProductCart code can sometimes significantly change the code our add-on interacts with. Other times, our add-on is sufficiently “stand-alone” such that little if any adjustments are needed.
